Summer Brackett’s Crossing Wedding | Abi & Ryan

I am so excited to share this summer Brackett’s Crossing Country Club wedding on the blog tonight! Abi and Ryan had the most beautiful wedding day in every way. Everything from the weather to the little details was truly perfect.

Abi and Ryan are high school sweethearts, but they actually go all the way back to elementary school! In fact, I’ve known both Abi and Ryan since kindergarten. Ryan and I were in the same class as youngsters, and Abi and I played soccer together since we were six. Fast forward to high school, and they started dating! Now, many years later, they tied the knot! When they reached out to me about wedding photography, I knew I had to say yes! The cherry on top of the whole situation was that Abi and Ryan were getting married at Brackett’s Crossing Country Club – the same venue I got married at – just one week before me!

Shooting a wedding at your own wedding venue is always fun, but I don’t know anyone who shot at their own venue one Saturday and gotten married there the next! It was such a fun experience. However, I am a bit jealous of Abi and Ryan, because they had the perfect weather for a wedding at Brackett’s Crossing. They were able to do an outdoor ceremony in their beautiful ceremony location and got a stunning sunset!

The flowers from Agape Florals were one of my favorite features of the day. I’ve been loving my couples’ choices of color palettes this year! There have been so many beautiful blues, greens, and pinks! Abi’s colors were no exception. All around, Abi and Ryan filled their wedding day with love and joy. Abi and Ryan don’t take themselves too seriously, and I love working with couples who prioritize joy.
