As an RGP senior client, I aim to make the process fun, ensure you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and make sharing and displaying your images easy and affordable. You just bring your favorite outfits, and I’ll do the rest!
At a senior session with Rachel Graff Photography, graduates can expect a fun and easygoing atmosphere filled with plenty of smiles. Besides understanding the technical aspects of photography, I have spent years learning how to instruct and pose clients to create photos that are flattering, fun, and varied. I will tell you exactly what to do and how to pose, so you can just focus on having fun! I love getting to know my seniors on a personal level throughout our time together so I can create pictures I know you will be sharing on Instagram all year long (and even beyond)!
RGP senior pictures clients receive their final images as high-resolution digital files through an online gallery. From this gallery, you can select images to download and order prints and products directly through your gallery to be shipped straight to your home.
Your senior pictures should be a fun, positive experience that captures your natural self. Rachel and her team of photographers are ready to give you the best senior pictures experience in the state of Minnesota!
Rachel takes on a large number of senior clients each year, but she also has a team of associate photographers who shoot senior sessions under the Rachel Graff Photography brand. The associates will photograph your senior session, but the communication, planning, and photo editing still goes through Rachel, so you still get the RGP look and experience along the way.
All associate photographers are trained directly by Rachel on posing techniques and process, location scouting and lighting, and shooting techniques, so you get the same great quality photos and experience. I also hire associates with the same positive and upbeat personalities, and require the team to shoot on the same photography gear. Therefore, if you book with an RGP associate, you can rest assured that you are going to get not only similar images, but also a comparable experience along the way.

Ali grew up in the western Twin Cities suburbs. She got married to her husband in June of 2021 and welcomed her son, Ethan, on NYE of 2023. The three of them live in, Plymouth with their 70 lb "mini" bernedoodle named Arnie. For fun, Ali likes to read, hike, ski, travel, and is a big foodie.
Rachel is the owner and lead photographer of Rachel Graff Photography. She’s a high-school-English-teacher-turned-photographer who's been capturing senior pictures around the Twin Cities since 2014. Rachel is passionate about working with high school students because she loves connecting with each client personally and catering sessions to their personalities. She loves theater, crime documentaries, Harry Potter, traveling, and going on walks with her son, Miles.
I have associates who shoot senior sessions and weddings on my behalf when I am booked or unavailable. It's also a great way to get the RGP experience on a smaller budget.
Hilary is a Minnesota native with an adventurous spirit. She lives with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs in Roseville. She's a proud science geek and ocean lover, and some of her favorite activities include scuba diving, ultimate frisbee, Crossfit, playing music, and reading thriller/ mystery novels.
Danielle is a lifelong photographer who was the editor of her high school yearbook, so senior photos have always been a fun aspect of the job for her. She loves playing volleyball, hiking, watching reality TV, and traveling. She's currently training her Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Maia, to become a certified therapy dog (and she's basically her entire personality).

FAQs
I offer a specific list of senior photo location options around the Twin Cities metro from which my senior clients choose for their sessions. As a seasoned Minnesota senior photographer, I have spent years shooting around the Minneapolis metro and have narrowed down the best locations that offer great variety in backdrops and are convenient for outfit changes. These are tried-and-true locations that I know deliver amazing results, so you don't have to spend time doing your own location scouting!
What locations do you offer for senior picutres?
After your shoot, I will deliver all the best images via an online gallery that you'll receive via email. You will be able to preview all the images with a watermark. 48 hours after you view them, you will choose between 1 of 3 collections that include various amounts of high-resolution digital downloads and product credit to use towards prints. You can always upgrade your collection later if you decide you want access to more photos!
How do I get my images?
FAQs
Yes! I will reschedule my senior photo sessions if there is rain or storms in the forecast. I always reach out a few days ahead of time as we can see an accurate forecast and we can make a decision. Keep in mind that overcast days can actually be great for photos, so I only reschedule if we are expecting rain or very strong winds. If you need to reschedule your session for non-weather related reasons, I just require a 24-hour notice.
Can I reschedule my session if the weather isn't nice?
FAQs
No. Every school has different requirements and processes for yearbook submission, so I do not offer submitting for you. However, I offer enhanced photo retouching on a handful of images in each of my packages, so I am happy to retouch your yearbook image before you submit. Additionally, I make it easy to download the high-resolution digital file from your gallery so you can directly upload it to your school when you're ready to submit.
Do you submit my photo to the yearbook for me?
FAQs
Absolutely! I provide a print release in my contracts, allowing you to use your senior pictures for any personal use, such as prints to frame in your home or use in school slideshows, yearbooks, graduation announcements, grad party invitations, etc. Because I maintain the copyright to the images, you will need to contact me if you plan to publish your senior photo in any other professional publication, like a magazine or billboard, but these are very rare instances.
Can I use my photos for graduation invites or slideshows?
FAQs
Yes! I love working with props to make my seniors' photos more unique and personalized. You can bring equipment from a sport you play, an instrument, a hat or fun accessory, a flag from your college you'll be attending, or even your pet! I'm down for anything.
Can I bring props for my senior picture?
FAQs
I recommend coming to your senior session with one parent/guest or alone. Others are welcome, but it can become cumbersome to walk to all the various locations with a full posse in tow. It can also be intimidating to be in front of the camera with an audience watching at the same time. I trust your judgment though, so bring whoever will be the most helpful and your biggest cheerleader.
Who can I bring to my senior session?
