Your wedding is one of the most important and anticipated days of your life. It should be about creating amazing memories with your family and friends to commemorate your relationship. The key to making those memories last is having beautiful images to look back on. My imagery aims to strike a balance between natural and elevated, candid and classic, creating a storybook of your big day.
I believe in the importance of living in the moment on your wedding day. Therefore, I approach weddings with planning and efficiency, so you get all of your must-have photos as well as plenty of time to relax and soak in the experience. Ultimately, the most important thing is enjoying your special day with your partner, your friends, and your families.
A large part of my wedding photography philosophy comes from losing my sister unexpectedly in October of 2021. She passed away only one month after our other sister’s wedding. That wedding day was the last time my family was all together. Therefore, every single image we have of her from that day is sacred. This experience had a profound effect on me as a wedding photographer, and it guides me as I capture your unique day and the important people who are a part of it.

I will always maintain true-to-life skin tones and pose couples in natural, flattering ways. This does NOT mean you need to come to your engagement session as models! I will tell you exactly what to do and how to pose, so you get a healthy combination of classic, frame-worthy photos and joyful, candid captures.

I have been shooting weddings throughout Minnesota and beyond since 2015, and I am fortunate enough to photograph about 15-20 weddings per year. This allows me to gain plenty of experience and feel comfortable capturing couples’ most important days while also allowing me the time to provide my couples with a great experience.
