Michaela reached out to me to do photos for her therapy practice, The Anxious Stepmom. She is just launching her business and needed some life coach branding photos to begin promoting her services on her website!
Michaela has a background in therapy. She is a stepmom herself, so she wants to coach other women in similar situations to thrive. I immediately jumped at the opportunity to work with her! I adore doing branding photoshoots for fellow female entrepreneurs. It is empowering to feel like I’m helping other women succeed in their businesses.
We shot these gorgeous branding photos at Brooke Elisabeth Studio after Michaela had Makeup by Mindie do her beautiful makeup. I absolutely love the lighting in this studio. You can literally shoot from any angle and it’s beautiful. I’m so thankful to have a space like this available in to photograph in the middle of winter in Minnesota!
Michaela told me before her shoot that she got her colors done with House of Colour. I was so excited when she shared this, because I am obsessed with color analysis too! It turns out we’re both winters, and we had fun chatting all things color during our branding photoshoot. We both used our color analysis to guide our brand’s colors, so it was fun to compare how we used this knowledge in our businesses.
I really love how Michaela’s life coaching branding photos turned out. The pops of vibrant color in her outfits against the bright white backdrop create eye-catching, joyful images that will match her brand. I can’t wait to see her final website and watch her family therapy business thrive.
